The athlete in me...
...is trying to emerge. At least that what my trainer and nutritionist says. I ran a mile and a half at a nice steady pace yesterday and then she threw me on the bike for 20 minutes and then there was more torture training. She's convinced that I have athlete written all over me. I'm not convinced of that at all! But it did feel good to get through a mile and a half. I just want to be able to run a 5k. Not so much because I want to be a runner, but because I want to say I did it and prove to myself that I can do it.

This is awesome all around! yay for 6's! And you'll be running 5K's before you know it!
I'm so very excited for you! I have never been a runner and have never liked exercise until we got these bikes. I really love it!
Also congratulations on your 6s! that's so fantastic.
I think wanting to run a 5k is a perfect goal. It allows you to go run one if you want, but it also allows you to be able to go take a run with someone if they want to do that. It's a good perfect amount, in my opinion and exactly what I want to get to.
Yay for the 6s!!!
